CURRENT LESSON DAYS (these are approx. and subject to change, start time is the time the first lesson is scheduled, end time is the time lessons are finished by)
Tuesday & Thursdays: 3:00pm to 8pm
Wednesdays:  10:30am to 12:30pm & 3pm to 7pm
Fridays: Make-up/Evaluation lessons.
Saturday: 9am to 1pm (show team/boarders/lease riders & riders level C or higher)


WE HAVE A 24-HOUR cancellation policy.  Lesson are paid in advance if you don't show up for your lesson and we don't have 24-hours notice you will be charged for the lesson.  If you schedule a "make-up" you will be expected to pay again. If we have 24-hours notice you will not be charged. All payments are non-refundable but may be transferable under certain conditions.

GES reserves the right to refuse service to anyone with or without reason.

We hold one private lesson at a time!! We have ONE trainer who teaches and runs our goal oriented lesson program which focuses on the quality of the lesson not the number of riders in the lesson program. If you have two riders wishing to take a lesson they will be placed in a semi-private lessons. Families with multiple kids who wish to all take lesson please contact us and we can discuss options.

Want to sign up for lessons?  
The GES lesson program is designed to ready riders for leasing, horse ownership and horse showing. We start all riders in an evaluation lesson to ensure a good fit between GES and students in the program. 
  • Must be 6 and older for regular lessons.  2 to 6 year olds will be placed in our Young Riders program when openings are available.
  • All riders must demonstrate good listening skills and focus for the safety of humans and equines.
  • We don't schedule lessons more then 30 days ahead of time or less then 48 hours in advance.
  • We have a weight limit of 190# for our lesson horses.
  • All NEW students to GES must start in Private lessons (space is limited) until they are familiar with the facility, horses, policies and can demonstrate basic mounted skills at the walk and trot.
  • Lessons are on a first come, first serve basis, spots are limited, a waiting list is available.
  • Riders must be able to commit to lessons on a weekly basis - NO EXCEPTIONS (this doesn't include vacations and illness).
  • All riders must be able to obtain basic equipment (boots, helmet, breeches, half chaps, gloves, crop & grooming tote).
  • New riders attending their first lesson must wear close toes shoes and long pants. No long coats or loose clothing/jewelry.
