CLASS DESCRIPTIONS & SIGN - UP:
Email Robyn to get signed up make sure to include rider, horse request 1 & 2 and what potluck dish you would like to bring (see below)
If you have a question or a special request about the classes, you are entered in please email us. You are not officially signed up until we get your entry form (see below or shoot us an email with the entry info.  included). W-T-C means Walk/Trot/Canter, W-T is Walk/Trot. Young Riders in the Walk/Trot sections will be assigned a helper to stay next to their horse. 


PROPER ATTIRE:
ASTM/SEI approved Riding helmet with chinstrap & riding boots with a heel must be worn. Long hair must be secured. The following is appropriate; breeches, jodhpurs, paddock boots, dress/field boots, half chaps, turtle neck with a dark solid colored hunt coat, fleece, hoodie or sweater. No show cloths required from anyone, just be neatly dressed for riding.

FOOD: Potluck style lunch will start about 30 mins after arrival time in the club house. All riders who enter the show must sign up for a dish or you will be assigned some thing (everyone can't bring brownies :). Barn shows generally have at least 20 to 30 people in attendance, please keep this in mind when planning food amounts.

5pm-6pm - Untack & groom - Help clean up barn aisle, tack room & feed pony's.









Potluck List:
​Good idea's for potluck dishes - casseroles, mac n cheese, fruit salad or sliced fruit dishes, soups, meatballs, finger food, meat/cheese/cracker trays, veggie trays, chips and dips, pasta salads. Please be aware of what others are bringing as we don't need 3 tray's of brownies or 6 pasta salads :)

Please keep in mind we get anywhere for 20 to 40 people at the barn shows (riders and parents) so please plan accordingly.  Food items should be brought ready to serve.  There is a fridge and outlets if you are bringing a crock pot. If you are bringing your entire family (grand parents/aunts/uncles) and they plan to eat please make sure you bring plenty of your dish :)

GES will supply - Coffee, Water, Cider, Witches Brew, Donuts, pulled pork sandwiches.
