$10 per class payable by check or cash (No PayPal).  Boarders will be billed on their board bill.  All payments are nonrefundable. If you didn't fill in classes above please wait until Robyn sends you an email with classes so you know what classes to pay for.









Waiver & Release: By signing above and submitting this form, you agree to the following:  I understand that equine activities are inherently dangerous.  I agree to release Great Escape Stables from any claims or right for damages, which may occur to me, my child or my horse or other property.  I also assume and accept full responsibility for any damages done by me, my minor child or my horse at this show I represent that I have the requisite training, coaching and abilities to safely compete in this competition.  WARNING: Under the Michigan Equine Activity Liability Act, an equine professional is not liable for any injury to, or the death of a participant in an equine activity resulting from the inherent risk of the equine activity.

Riders in the Novice and Limit classes will receive schooling times the week before the show, schooling will be Friday, 10/22. 
All other riders will practice in their lesson the week before the show.
1. Level A - For riders who work at the walk and possibly some troting on or off the lungeline.
2. Level B - For walk-trot riders.
3. Level C Hunter Under saddle - For level C riders.  Cantering is usually done individually and the horses way of going is judged.
4. Level C Equitaiton on the flat - For level C riders.  Cantering is usually done individually and the riders position is judged.
5. Maiden Hunter Under saddle - Jump 1 riders and the horses way of going is judged.
6. Maiden Equitation on the flat - Jump 1 riders and the riders position is judged.
7. Novice Hunter Under saddle - Jump 2 & 3 riders and the horses way of going is judged.
8. Novice Equiation on the flat - Jump 2 & 3 riders and the riders position is judged.
9. Adult Equitation - Open to any rider over 18 years old, this class is walk, trot at the judges discretion.
10. Young Rider - For rider in the Young Rider program who do not work on independant troting yet and are under 7 years old.
*******Riders wishing to show in classes 11 to 17 need to have shown in the apporpriate flat class in 1 though 9 above.**********
11. Level B - Ground-poles - For level B riders who work on steering over ground-pole courses in the their lesson.
12. Level B & C - Cross-rails - For level B & C riders who work over cross-rails in their lessons.
13. Maiden Hunter over fences - For Jump 1 riders.
14. Maiden Equitation over fences - For Jump 1 riders.
15. Novice  Hunter over fences - For Jump 2 & 3 riders.
16. Novice Equitaiton over fences -For Jump 2 & 3 riders.
17. Mini-Medal - Any rider level C & up
18. Comand Class - All riders!! This class will have a walk/trot section as well as a walk/trot/canter section.  Riders are asked to perform skills and must do it as soon as the judge asks them to.  If it takes too long to perform the skill then they come to the center of the ring.  Last rider left on the rail is the winner.  All riders will place based on order of entance to the center.

HORSES:
Riders using school horses please make sure to list your 1st & 2nd school horse choices.  Your trainer will help you with this.  Please be aware that this does not guarantee you that horse. 
Haul-Ins welcome $25 per rider for grounds fee, over-night is $40.  Must arrive by 10 am to secure trailer parking.  Proof of Neg. Coggins required before arriving.

JUDGING:
Equitation classes judge the rider and how well they work with their horse.
Hunter classes judge the horse and it's way of going.
Some classes may be split if entries warrent.

PROPER ATTIRE:
ASTM/SEI approved Riding helmet with chinstrap & riding boots with a heel must be worn.  Long hair must be secured.  The following is appropriate; breeches, jodhpurs, paddock boots, dress/field boots, half chaps, turtle neck with a dark solid colored hunt coat, sports coat or sweater.  No show cloths required from anyone, just be neatly dressed for riding.

EQUIPMENT:
Martingales are prohibited in U/S classes and Flat classes.  No boots, wraps or polo's.  All tack must be well fitted, clean and match.

FOOD: Potluck style lunch will start at 1:30 in the club house.  All riders who enter the show must sign up for a dish.
