CANCELATION POLICY
We have a very busy lesson program and we value our clients time. We ask for the same consideration from our clients in return.
Our cancellation policies are as follows.
- If you have a last min. emergency (child comes home sick from school on their lesson day, car won't start or breaks down, death in the family etc...) we understand and would ask that you call or email us as soon as possible to not be charged for your lesson.
- We require 24 - hour notice for all "non" emergencies (we decided to go out of town, can't find some one to drive rider, had to stay late at work, rider has been sick all week and can't come to lessons etc...) failure to cancel more then 24 hours in advance will result in a lesson charge.
- Consistent cancellations for any reason may result in removal from the lesson program.
- LATENESS: Horse require enough time to be groomed, tacked up and warmed up properly. Riders who don't get to the barn with enough time to do this will not be rushed through the process just to "ride". If riders get to their lesson late the lesson may become a bareback lesson (to save on saddling time) or it may be a ground lesson. Riders who rush through grooming and tacking and do it improperly because of poor time management will be directed back to the barn aisle to groom and tack up correctly. Lateness and rushing compromises the SAFETY of the horse and rider!
- When in doubt talk to your instructor.
