Includes use of the clubhouse (has fridge), table, chairs (about 25), we will have 4 horses/pony's ready to go, we will supply horse treats and helmets. You are responsible for decorations, food (we can let you know who deliver's pizza here), cake, ice cream, beverages and decorations as well as set up and clean up. We will have garbage bags and cleaners for you to use.

Please keep a 1 adult to every 5 kids ratio.

Ride time for each participant depends on the size of the party usually 5 to 15 minutes.

Must have at least 5 participants (or pay $100 minimum). $25 deposit due at registration.

5 to 10 riders $20 per rider, 11 to 20 riders $15 per rider.Over 20 riders? Call for quote.

We require a ratio of 1:5 (1 adult per every 5 kids) for those 10 and younger.

Each person wishing to ride must wear long pants and closed toe shoes.

We supply ASTM/SEI approved helmets, please do not bring your own unless it's specifically for horseback riding.

During summer you may choose to be outside as we have tons of yard space, in winter our club house is heated

Custom parties are a great way to indulge that special someone in horses! Plus why make the mess at your house, let us do all the work instead. We take care of set-up and clean-up as well as everything in between all you have to do is bring yourself and the presents.

Please make sure you have filled out the very top portion of this form (guest of honor, phone....) before proceeding.

Parties that don't have one of the themes above are provided general horse themed decorations and each guest recieves a party favor.
